This workshop will be divided into 2 parts: the first session will be focused on JMAG optimization features while the second session will cover the last new features released in JMAG.
The training will be a mix of theory, demonstrations, and exercises.

Instructors
Kamalakannan M
Working as a Technical Support Engineer (JMAG) in Powersys. Skilled in JMAG, Matlab, PLC, SCADA, ZWCAD, Python and C++. Strong education professional with a Master’s degree focused in ME-Electrical Machines from PSG College of Technology (2016) & BE-Electrical and Electronics Engineering from St.Peter’s College of Engineering and Technology (2013). He was an Assistant Professor in the Department of EEE, SRM Group of Institutions, India. He was a Project Trainee in Electromagnetic Finite Element Analysis division at Advanced R&D department of Lucas-TVS Limited, Chennai, India. He is an AMCAT certified Data Processing Specialist and Software Development Trainee. He is also a Certified Automation Engineer by IAO. He received a grant from TNSCST under Students Project Scheme-2017. He is a recipient of PSG Tech Alumni Association Award for the best project titled “Design, Analysis & Optimization of Automotive Brushless Alternator”. He has published several research papers in National and International Journals & Conferences like IEEE. His active memberships include ISTE, ISCA.
